Studio OS
Terms of Service
Effective 4 October 2026
These are the terms between you — the person who creates a shop on Studio OS — and us. They are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you rely on it.
1. What Studio OS is
Studio OS gives a boutique one place to run from: a public shop page at studioos.shop/store/your-boutique, a counter for orders, enquiries and sales, a customer book with measurements, and tools to publish to Instagram and prepare WhatsApp replies. It prepares messages for you to send; it never sends a WhatsApp message on its own.
2. Early access and price
Studio OS is in early access. Everything is free, with no card and no trial timer. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in writing before anything changes for your account, and nothing you have already entered will be taken away as a result.
3. Your account
You need to be running, or starting, a real boutique or similar business, and be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your sign-in private; what happens under your account is yours. One person may hold several boutiques, each a separate shop.
4. Your data, and your customers’ data
Your products, orders, customers and measurements are yours. We store them to run the service and for nothing else; the Privacy Policy says exactly what we hold and why. Each boutique’s data is kept separate from every other’s.
Your customers’ names, phone numbers and measurements reach us because you, or they, typed them into your shop. You are responsible for having a fair reason to hold them and for honouring their requests to see or remove them; we will help you do so, and we never contact your customers ourselves.
5. What we ask of you
- Sell what is yours to sell, and describe it truthfully.
- Upload only photos and videos you have the right to use.
- Do not use the shop to collect payments or details for anything other than your boutique.
- Do not try to reach another boutique’s data, or to get around the limits of your plan.
- Follow Instagram’s and WhatsApp’s own terms when you publish or message through them.
If a shop breaks these, we may pause it and write to you; if it is serious or repeated, we may close it.
6. Instagram and WhatsApp
Connecting Instagram asks Meta for permission to publish posts you create here and, when Meta approves those permissions, to show your comments and messages in your inbox. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the token we hold. WhatsApp links open your own WhatsApp with a message typed for you; what you send, and when, is your decision.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Studio OS up around the clock and to say so plainly when it is not. It is provided as it is, during early access, without a guarantee that it will suit a particular purpose or never fail. We change and add features often; we will not remove something you depend on without notice.
To the extent the law where you live allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, in early access, is nothing.
8. Ending it
You can leave at any time: export what you need from the dashboard, then ask us to delete your account (see deleting your data). We can end these terms if you break them, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you at least 30 days to take your data with you.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change we will update the date above and, for anything that affects you materially, tell you by email before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
10. Contact
Questions, problems, or something that does not work the way your boutique works: contact@studioos.shop.
